Erin Keating

As Evergreen’s EVP of Media Operations and Investments, Erin leads the company’s media investment strategy, buying implementation, and operational initiatives. Her primary focus is optimizing investment strategies with current media partners while driving incremental growth.

After cutting her teeth in corporate trade at Icon International, Erin joined WPP Midas Exchange’s Trade Division in 2010 as a founding member to spearhead the development and expansion of media trade across various sectors.  Erin leveraged her operational and media expertise to develop top-tier processes for accurately valuing media and seamlessly integrating it into the broader corporate trade opportunities for clients.

Before joining Evergreen, Erin was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Midas following multiple senior roles across the organization, including overseeing sales and marketing teams.  Her leadership resulted in significant productivity gains, enhanced operational processes, improved financial performance, increased client satisfaction, and a transformation of the business both internally and externally.

An avid HIIT enthusiast with a love for gardening and travel, Erin enjoys living at the shore with her husband, daughter, and rescue pup.
