Viktoria Glincman

Viktoria is a legal strategist who infuses foresight and pragmatism into every corporate challenge. As Evergreen Trading’s in-house counsel, she is responsible for leading the firm’s legal priorities, fostering a culture of growth and risk mitigation, as well as crafting legal frameworks that enhance business integrity and performance.

Prior to Evergreen, Viktoria held senior positions as corporate counsel at global financial services firms, and most recently, was Senior Director and Managing Counsel at BNY Mellon.  Throughout her career, she has provided legal counsel to executive leadership and corporate boards, as well as audit and governance functions.  Viktoria continuously leverages her corporate, transactional, and management experience to help her clients meet their optimal business objectives.

Beyond her professional achievements, Viktoria engages in continuous learning, having completed the Wharton Executive Education Program.  She holds a J.D. from University at Buffalo School of Law and a B.A. from American University.
