Jonathan joined Evergreen Trading in late 2012 following 10 years of corporate trading transactional experience. His responsibilities at Evergreen include originating, executing and managing corporate trade partnerships, creating customized programs that deliver maximum value and ease of use.

Jonathan also manages Evergreen’s real estate practice, overseeing the acquisition, asset management and disposition of commercial real estate properties throughout North America.

He has been involved in numerous groundbreaking trade transactions, helping create innovative structures which have become the benchmark for the corporate trade industry. His consultative approach, stressing collaboration and long-lasting partner relationships has helped Evergreen achieve its preeminent position within the corporate trade industry. Jonathan is frequently sought out as an advisor by retailers, CPG firms and investment firms who are considering the merits of corporate trade.

Prior to his career in corporate trade, Jonathan was Director, Real Estate Capital Markets and Investment Banking for PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities LLC. In that role, he was responsible for the execution of real estate debt and equity/mezzanine transactions nationally, as well as investment-grade equity investment sales of all property types throughout the U.S, with a particular emphasis on retail properties. Additionally, he was responsible for providing strategic advisory services to property owners and investors.

Jonathan has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Jonathan received his BA in American Studies from Brandeis University and his MS in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and 3 children.
