Recent Events & Happenings
The latest events, initiatives, and celebrations in our Evergreen Trading universe!
"The Power of Storytelling" Speaker Series
Our employee-led DEIB Committees recently hosted J. Wortham for our "Power of Storytelling" Speaker Series, part of our Diversity Programming. As a thought leader of tech, culture, and identity, J's perspective on belonging, representation, and their journey toward authenticity, was engaging and impactful for our staff. A big thank you to our DEIB Education Committee for making the day so special.
Company Summer Party
It's been a great first half of 2024! Our annual Company Summer Party took place at The Lawn Club with lots of laughs and lawn games, including a very serious cornhole tournament. We also celebrated two recipients of our Evergreen Humble Hero Awards!
DEIB Giving Committee
Our DEIB Giving Committee organizes a day of volunteering every quarter. In September, they coordinated with the Battery Urban Farm, which harvests food for donation and provides farming and nutrition education. Our volunteers enjoyed a day outside on the farm, helping to wheelbarrow mulch, and prepare plots for planting!
More than Employees. We’re Employee-Owners.
As an Employee-Owned company, we work in a collaborative team environment and seek opportunities that cultivate Evergreen's entrepreneurial spirit. We all share a common desire to learn and grow.
