Media Coordinator, Local Investment

The Media Coordinator will support our Local Investment team and steward department processes, while also training in Media Trade and Buying activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain department Buy Assignment and Due Date schedule
  • Manage billing discrepancy due dates
  • Produce Reports and Analyses from SQAD
  • Input department goals in SBMS
  • Assist on Internal Buy Spec development
  • Set up Client P&Ls for department senior managers; assist in Campaign P&L setup and maintenance; manage tracking of department P&L
  • Preview buys for Supervisors for adherence to Daypart Goals, On-Air Dates and Restricted Programs/Formats using internal systems
  • Pull Posts and input data into reporting format
  • Assist in the compilation of specific client reports (post summaries, promotion spreadsheets)
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of department collateral materials
  • Special Projects as needed

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior experience as an Buying Assistant within a Media environment preferred but not required
  • Previous experience with SQAD and SBMS a definite plus
  • Well Organized
  • Attention to Detail
