Executive Administrator

The Executive Administrator is a unique, newly created role at Evergreen Trading. In this role you will provide analysis and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), as well as three senior media leaders. This position will act as a springboard for career development beyond this role by offering training, hands-on experience, perspective and insight.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities
• Assist Senior Executives with scheduling travel and entertainment as necessary
• Research and report on prospective and existing clients, industry activity and trends
• Prepare business correspondence, agendas, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• In conjunction, with the Client Partnerships, New Business Development groups and the various media team leaders, create and manage Media Evaluations schedule for analysis and evaluation within agreed upon timelines
• Various Media Operations assignments, as needed

• 1-2 years experience within an Advertising, Media or Technology environment a definite plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Assessments will be given on Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in the media industry with a desire to learn

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
• Capable of working and maintaining a positive attitude within a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to build rapport and relationships with co-workers and within the trade industry
• Willingness to learn and be a self-starter
• Consistent and dependable work ethic
