Client Billing Specialist

The Client Billing Specialist position falls within the Finance department of Evergreen Trading, our corporate trading/barter division. The Client Billing Specialist aids in the day-to-day operations within the organization. This includes helping to process client billings, generating various reporting needs and developing relationships with internal and external trade partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Tasks – 5%
• Help to find appropriate information to answer financial inquiries from clients and various internal departments
• Assist Finance department with daily responsibilities

Reporting Tasks – 45%
• Upon request from trade partners, investigate and provide current trade balances available

Operations Tasks – 50%
• Generate draft and final client estimate billings
• Assist in the preparation of client-ready reconciliation packages with appropriate cover memos, invoices and affidavit backup
• Generating financial summary reports

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIRED
• BA/BS preferred
• 3+ years of experience, preferably within an advertising and/or media agency environment
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with excel required
• Preferred knowledge of Strata SBMS and Great Plains software systems
